Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 3-7 business days, Free on orders $75+, otherwise $4.99
Priority Mail (USPS): 2-3 business days, $8.99
Express Overnight (UPS/FedEx): 1 business day, $24.99

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com or ups.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon, contact us for special requests.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost.
