We stand behind the quality of every print we produce. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will make it right, no questions asked.

What We Cover

• Printing defects (color issues, poor adhesion, missing cuts)
• Wrong items shipped
• Damaged products on arrival
• Orders that do not match the approved artwork

How to Request a Remake or Refund

1. Email us at support@mrbeatprintstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We will review and respond within 1 business day.
4. Approved issues receive a free reprint or full refund, your choice.

What Is Not Covered

• Customer-supplied design errors (wrong file, low resolution, incorrect colors in the file)
• Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
• Heat pressing mistakes after delivery (improper temperature/time/pressure)
• Change of mind after production has begun

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once a file enters production, we cannot cancel the order but will work with you on a resolution.
